The agreement between you and Green Sky Adventure.

1. Booking & confirmation
A booking is confirmed once we receive your signed itinerary and a refundable deposit (typically 25% of the tour price). Full payment is due 14 days before departure.
2. Cancellation policy
Cancellations 30+ days before departure: full deposit refund minus bank fees. 15–29 days: 50% refund. 0–14 days: no refund, but credits can be applied to a future tour within 12 months.
3. What's included
Every package details its inclusions on this website — typically transport, accommodation, meals as stated, guiding, permits and airport transfers. Anything not listed is at your own cost.
4. Travel insurance
All guests must carry comprehensive travel insurance covering trekking or mountaineering (as applicable), medical evacuation and trip cancellation. Proof of insurance is required before departure.
5. Health & fitness
You confirm you are in a fitness state appropriate for the tour you book, and will disclose any medical condition that could affect your safety at altitude.
6. Changes to itineraries
The mountains write the final itinerary. We reserve the right to modify routes for weather, road, permit or safety reasons. Any material change is discussed with you in advance where possible.
7. Conduct & responsibility
Guests are expected to follow guide instructions, respect local customs and protect the environment. We reserve the right to end a tour, without refund, for behaviour that endangers others.
8. Liability
Adventure travel carries inherent risks. Green Sky Adventure is not liable for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disaster, illness, or acts of local authorities.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan.
