Green Sky Adventure (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an adventure tourism operator based at Sondus, Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and safeguard the personal information you share with us when you enquire about or book a tour.

When you contact us or make a booking, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, passport details (only where required for permits), travel dates, dietary or medical requirements you choose to share, and payment information.
3. How we use your information
We use your information solely to plan, deliver and support your trip. This includes arranging accommodation, transport, permits, guides and emergency contacts, and replying to your enquiries. We do not sell your data to third parties, ever.
4. Sharing with partners
We share the minimum information required with hotels, transport partners, permit authorities and licensed local guides that deliver your itinerary. All partners are bound to keep your details confidential.
5. Data retention
We retain enquiry records for up to 24 months and booking records for the period required by Pakistani tax and tourism regulations. You may request deletion at any time.
